In order to manage your Email Hosting Orders, you need to search for them from your Control Panel with Emerging Technologies, and access their Order Information view.

To List/Search and Manage Email Hosting Orders

1. Login to your Control Panel:

   For Resellers: 1

   For Customers: 2

2. Next, click

   For Resellers: Products -> Email Hosting -> List / Search.

   For Customers: Email Hosting -> List / Search.

3. Search for the domain name for which the Email Hosting Order has been purchased.

   Note

   • To list all Orders, leave all search parameters blank and select the Order Creation Date as All after selecting the Within radio button.

   • For Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.

4. In the next page, you would see a list of all domain names, with Email Hosting Order bought through Emerging Technologies. Click any of the domain names to reach its Order Information view, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.

5. Clicking the Manage Email link will open up the Email Hosting Management interface.
